Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.

 

Can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked within the US. When your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once you receive that tracking number, your package is in the mail. You can track your order on the USPS web site. Please note that international orders are only tracked within the US. After it leaves the US, it becomes the property of your regional postal system, and is no longer tracked by the USPS.

 

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over it. We cannot change the address or redirect it to another address. If we ship your package to the address you provided and it is returned, we will issue a credit for the product price less a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping is non-refundable.   

 

How long will it take to ship my order?

We have all of our merchandise in stock and ready to ship.  Orders generally ship within one business day.   Notifications and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the package is shipped.  Multiple order from the same address may be combined into one shipment. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

General delivery times are:

Domestic:

USPS First Class Mail: 2-10 business days after ship date. Tracking information is available for packages over 3 ounces.

DHL Expedited: 2-4 business days after ship date. Tracking information is available.

International:

USPS First Class International: 2-8 weeks after ship date. Detailed tracking information is not offered with this service. Tracking is only within the US.


The international ship times vary greatly by region. Most Canadian orders are received within 14 days, while some remote locations may take up to 8 weeks.

 

Special note for international orders:

Import duties, taxes, charges, and/or Value-Added Taxes (VAT) (customs fees) are not included in the item price or shipping cost of your order.These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and must be paid upon delivery. Fees will vary, depending on the destination country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Dead Co. is located in the US and all orders are processed in US dollars. International customers are encouraged to pay using PayPal.

 

I never received my package. What do I do?

If you have not received your package within 30 days (US) or 60 days (international) please contact USPS. Use the tracking information that was sent to you and file a form to trace your order. You can find that on their web site:

USPS CLAIMS DEPARTMENT

They will guide you through the process of trying to find your missing package. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected packages.

 

What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?

It doesn't happen often, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item please email support@deadcoapparel.com. Let us know your order number and what you received. We will contact you within 24 business hours.

What size do I order?

The measurements of our products are located in the product description. The best way to find your size is to measure your favorite t-shirt 1" below the armhole and compare the size to your the measurements of your favorite tee. 

 

How is your apparel printed?

All of our products are printed using top of the line custom printing processes with water based inks. This process makes for an extremely comfortable print, as the ink is absorbed into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. Once you wash your garment for the first time, the ink will completely set into the fabric.

 

Does your apparel shrink?

If you plan on washing/drying your garments frequently, our shirts will shrink about 5%. If you do not want your products to shrink - we recommend washing your products in cold water and hang drying them to avoid further shrinking.

What is your exchange policy?

If you received an item that is a different size from what you originally ordered, you can certainly exchange it. It just needs to be unworn and unwashed and within 45 days of purchase. We have size dimensions for each shirt on their product page. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your shirt for a different size at this time if you ordered the wrong size. We encourage you to measure your size so your new shirt will fit correctly.

Just send your packing slip and a note on it regarding the exchange.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 45 days of purchase if they are damaged (without package damage) or different from the item you ordered. No returns on items after 45 days.  For all returns, shipping is non-refundable and orders that received free shipping will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  For multiple item purchase that received a free product, discount will be applied equally between all products to determine the refund price. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.  

Just return the items with a copy of your packing slip indicating it is a return.

Do you ever offer a discount?

On occasion, discount codes will be offered to our email subscribers. If using a discount code, the first step is to begin the checkout process. After entering the billing and shipping information, click “continue to next step.” The next screen will allow you to enter your discount code. Only one special offer or discount can be applied per order. 

 

Can I exchange an item I received for free?  

At times, we may include a factory second item with an order.  These items can not be exchanged, returned, or issued any sort of credit or refund.  If you do not like or need the free gift, or if it is a wrong size, pass it along to someone else who might be able to enjoy it!
